
Standard cleaning
At Pristine Shine Pros LLC, our Standard Cleaning service is perfect for homes that are generally well-maintained but need a professional boost. This one-time service focuses on refreshing all key areas, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces, by cleaning surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping fixtures, and tidying up high-traffic zones.

It’s an excellent choice before hosting guests, after a hectic week, or simply when your space needs a little extra attention. Please note, this service does not include deep tasks like hand-wiping baseboards, inside appliances, blinds, or cabinet interiors, though these can be added at your request for an additional fee.

This service is not recommended for deep cleanings, move in / move out cleans, or first-time initial cleans.

what we can do
Our standard cleaning covers all living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
Bathrooms
• Clean mirrors (streak-free).
• Dust light fixtures.
• Spot clean cabinet fronts.
• Scrub the shower, shower walls and tub.
• Clean counters, sinks and polish fixtures.
• Disinfect toilet and toilet area.
• Vacuum bathroom rugs
• Vacuum/Sweep and disinfect floors
• Remove trash, replace the bag, wipe the exterior of the trash can.
Kitchen
• Dust and spot clean cabinet fronts.
• Clean countertops.
• Clean sink and polish faucet.
• Wipe microwave interior and exterior.
• Dust small appliances & items on counter tops.
• Clean/polish the exterior of oven and refrigerator.
• Clean/polish stove top and exterior vent hood.
• Vacuum and mop kitchen floor.
• Remove trash, replace the bag, wipe exterior of trash can.
Bedrooms
• Dust all furniture – polish as needed.
• Dust banister and handrails.
• Vacuum all floors/stairs and mop hard surface floors.
• Vacuum all furniture (if possible).
• General Straightening.
• Vacuum under all furniture (if possible and accessible)
• Remove cobwebs and dust ceiling fans.
• Dust reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans.
• Dust wall art and exterior AC/C vents.
• Disinfect light switches and doorknobs.
• Dust and spot clean doors and door frames.
• Dust windowsills and window ledges.
• Dust baseboards.
• Dust TVs, electronics, knick-knacks, book tops, picture frames, lamps, etc.
Standard Cleaning Extras
• Change linen and/or make all beds
• Hand wash baseboards
• Clean oven (interior) and clean refrigerator/freezer (Interior) We recommend removing the food containers, bottles, and items from the fridge before our service. Kindly note that if all of these remain in the fridge, the service duration may be extended.
• Wash interior or exterior windows (must be reachable with a 2-step stool) Window screens must be removed by the client. Screen washing is available upon request.
• Hand wash wood blinds or shutters.
• Hand-wiped interior and exterior cabinets.
• Dishes.
Cleaning Guidelines & Service Recommendations
At Pristine Shine Pros LLC, we recommend scheduling a deep cleaning if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned within the last three months. If your space is already maintained and only needs light upkeep, our Standard Cleaning is the ideal choice. This service covers all general areas listed in our cleaning checklist, tailored to the layout and size of your home.

Please note that standard cleaning does not include the interior of appliances (such as ovens and refrigerators), windows, shutters or blinds, cabinets, or drawers. Since every home is unique, we list these as separate add-on services to ensure fair and accurate pricing.

For our recurring cleaning services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) our goal is simple: to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of your home. These "maintenance cleans" focus on keeping all high-traffic areas spotless with each visit. We can also customize your plan to focus on specific rooms or tasks on a rotating schedule.

Important Notes:

For safety reasons, our cleaners do not use ladders beyond two steps. If a three-step ladder in safe condition is available on-site, we’re happy to use it upon request.

We do not move large furniture, sofas, or appliances. If you’d like areas behind or beneath furniture cleaned, please move the items prior to your appointment to allow safe and easy access.

While we strive to remove as much dust as possible, some dust resettlement may occur after cleaning due to natural air circulation. We appreciate your understanding.
