At Pristine Shine Pros LLC, our Post-Construction Cleaning is designed to tackle the heavy dust, debris, and residue left behind after building or renovation work. We follow a detailed, multi-phase cleaning process to ensure your space is move-in ready, safe, and spotless, from top to bottom.

Due to the nature of construction dust and fine particles, we recommend scheduling this service only once all construction or renovation work is fully completed. To achieve the best results, all trades (painters, electricians, carpenters, etc.) should be finished and out of the space before our team arrives. This prevents recontamination and ensures our work stays effective.

For safety reasons, we do not move large appliances, heavy furniture, or industrial equipment. We clean only around and beneath accessible areas. If you need behind or underneath these items cleaned, we ask that you move them in advance. Our team does not climb higher than a 2-step ladder unless a safe 3-step ladder is provided by the client, and we are not responsible for loose or unstable fixtures, blinds, or construction materials that may fall or break during cleaning.

Please note that some construction dust may resettle after service, as it often lingers in the air and ventilation system. While we take every precaution to minimize this, follow-up maintenance may be required. We do not offer any biological, biohazard, or hazardous material cleanup as part of our post-construction service. To help us prepare accordingly, please inform us of any specific instructions, access limitations, or delicate surfaces that may require special care.
